Your utility services can be disconnected for the following reasons:
- At customer’s request, which must be made by submitting a disconnection form, found here.
- For non-payment of utility / deferred payments of deposits
- Unauthorized / illegal usage of utility services.
Once the service is disconnected there is a reconnection fee of $25.00 and $15.00 to reinstate the water or electricity service respectively. A reconnection fee must be paid along with the account balance before the service is reinstated. Service will be reconnected within 24 hours once payment is received.
Customers found tampering with the MUL meter(s), will be fined and may be subjected to prosecution. All outstanding balances must be paid in full.
